Warm Infusions Recipes
Sniffle Ease Hot Winter Infusion
You will need:-
- 1 tablespoon of Sniffle Ease Healing Herbalist Blend
- 1 Teaspoon Honey (preferably active manuka honey)
- A good pinch of Chilli or Cayenne Powder
- 1/4 cinnamon quill crushed
Put a heaped teaspoon of 'Sniffle-ease' into the strainer of your mug or teapot. Add the chilli powder and bits of broken cinnamon quill with the leaves in the infuser. Pour boiling water over the herbal blend and added spices and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Once infused remove strainer with leaves then add the honey to the infusion. Drink and then go to bed!
The combination of warming, heating and decongesting herbs and spices will increase your temperature and help your body to burn off the virus that is attacking you.
It really works! I have used it over and over again with great results!
