Wide green lip at the top that sits over even the widest cup. The stainless steel infuser is perforated to allow water in for steeping and the top is designed to catch the rim of your mug or teapot, suspending it in the hot water.
After you have infused your leaves, just take out the infuser and rest it in it's stand. This will keep it upright and catch any drips.
