Ingredients: Raspberry Leaves, rose hip peels, anise, apple pieces, fennel, blackberry leaves, wild strawberry leaves, peppermint, sunflower blossoms, ribwort, elderberry blossoms, Lemon Balm, mullein and peony blossoms, natural flavouring.

Brewing Instructions:1 heaped tsp per cup, pour 100° water over leaves, infuse 5-10mins.  Best enjoyed without milk.
