Storage: Keep away from light, moisture and heat - preferably in a cool dark cupboard or pantry. On the windowsill is not ideal!
Generally herbs don’t have as longer shelf life as tea due to the high content of volatile oils (these are the oils that often carry the health benefits). However if you store your herbal blends properly they will be effective for 6-10months.
How many cups will I get?
1 heaped teaspoon of the herbal blends is approximately 1-2 grams – so you will get around 150-300 cups from a 300gm bag. It really depends how strong you like your tea and how big your ‘heaped’ teaspoon is!
Brewing Instructions: 1 heaped tsp per cup, pour 100° water over leaves, infuse 10 mins. Drink 1 cup 3x daily for medicinal effect. Shake to mix up before measuring out your teaspoon
