Ingredients

The tea is blended and packed when you order. This ensures the ultimate freshness of your herbal blend.
Storage:Keep away from light, moisture and heat - preferably in a cool dark cupboard or pantry. On the windowsill is not ideal!
Generally herbs don’t have as long a shelf life as tea, due to the high content of volatile oils (these are the oils that often carry the health benefits). However if you store your herbal blends properly they will be effective for 6-10months.
How many cups will I get?
1 heaped teaspoon of the herbal blends is approximately 1-2 grams – so you will get around 150 -300 cups from a 300gm bag. It really depends how strong you like your tea and how big your ‘heaped’ teaspoon is!
Brewing Instructions:1 heaped teaspoon per cup, pour 100° water over leaves, infuse for 10 mins. Drink 1 cup before bedtime. Best enjoyed without milk.
Tip: Shake bag well each time before using to ensure the herbs are always well mixed. Heavier herbs may settle to the bottom.
