This box contains 50gms of organic herbs in therapeutic dosages. 

It is packed into an uncoated box with dosage instructions on the label.

The tea is sealed in a clear cell bag.  Cello is made from cellulose which is a wood pulp derivative, so they are eco-friendly and will biodegrade.

The tea is blended and packed when you order.  This ensures the ultimate freshness of your herbal blend.

Storage: Keep away from light, moisture and heat - preferably in a cool dark cupboard or pantry.  On the windowsill is not ideal!

Generally herbs don’t have as longer shelf life as tea due to the high content of volatile oils (these are the oils that often carry the health benefits).  However if you store your herbal blends properly they will be effective for 6-10months. 

How many cups will I get?1 heaped teaspoon of the herbal blends is approximately 1-2 grams – so you will get around 25 – 50 cups from a 50gm box.  It really depends how strong you like your tea and how big your ‘heaped’ teaspoon is!

Brewing Instructions: 1 heaped tsp per cup, pour 100° water over leaves, infuse 10 mins.  Drink 1 cup 3x daily for medicinal effect.  Shake to mix up before measuring our your teaspoon.

Note: Research on ginger and nausea have shown that it is more effective if you consistently take it.  Therefore it is important for maximum benefit to drink a cup at least 3x daily.  You can make up 3 cups worth and sip throughout the day if you need to.
