They are also resealable so you can keep your tea nice and fresh.  Ideal to use as a refill bag for your tins!

Ingredients:

• Organic Chamomile Flowers
• Organic Fennel Seeds
• Organic Lemon Balm Leaf
• Organic Nettle Leaf

No gluten, sugars, caffeine, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.

This foil bag contains 300gms of organic herbs in therapeutic dosages. 

The tea is blended and packed when you order.  This ensures the ultimate freshness of your herbal blend.

Storage: Keep away from light, moisture and heat - preferably in a cool dark cupboard or pantry.  On the windowsill is not ideal!

Generally herbs don’t have as longer shelf life as tea due to the high content of volatile oils (these are the oils that often carry the health benefits).  However if you store your herbal blends properly they will be effective for 6-10months. 

How many cups will I get?

1 heaped teaspoon of the herbal blends is approximately 1-2 grams – so you will get around 150-300 cups from a 300gm bag.  It really depends how strong you like your tea and how big your ‘heaped’ teaspoon is!

Brewing Instructions:1 heaped tsp per cup, pour 100° water over leaves, infuse 10 mins. Drink 1 cup 3x daily for medicinal effect.  Shake to mix up before measuring out your teaspoon
