Ordering Guidelines and Information
There are many ways you can order our great teas and other tea accessories...
Delivery Costs
- $4.90 nationwide courier
- Free freight if you spend over $60.
- Rural delivery is $4.00 extra (unless you spend over $60 when there is also no extra charge for rural delivery)
- We don't deliver to PO Box numbers so you must put a physical address.
Ordering Online
When you log on you will need to set up an account with your details. You only need to do this once and then you can order as often as you like.
Generally, depending on what time of the day you place your order, you should receive your order within the following time frames:-
- Auckland - Expect your order to take up to 3 days to be delivered. It really depends on the time of day you place your order. If you place it in the afternoon it wont be packed until the next morning and then the courier wont collect until the afternoon.
- Rest of North Island - 4 day delivery.
- South Island - allow 4 days to receive your order.
If for any reason you don't receive your parcel within these time frames please drop us an email or call us on 09 377 8962 and we will find out where your parcel is.
In the ordering page there is a space to add comments - like special delivery instrustions. Use this area to add any other comments as well.
Don't have a credit card?
That's OK we are happy for you to pay into your account.
Samples
When you place an order we will usually send you some samples in your package. If there is a particular tea you wish to try a sample of, make a note of which one this is in the special instructions area, and we will send it with your order.

You can order over the phone also - we can take your credit card details and ship out your stock. 09 377 8962.

Gift Wrapping
We are more than happy to wrap your goods if they are gift. If ordering by email let us know in the special instructions box if you wish to have your item gift wrapped.
Or if ordering by telephone tell the person you are talking to that you wish to have your order gift wrapped.
Ask us a question
In the 'Contact us' section yon this website you can email us directly. This email comes directly to either Leanne or Natasha and one of them will answer your query directly. Both Leanne and Natasha are qualified Naturopaths and Medical herbalists and can help answer your health questions or help you decide which herbal blend might be the best one for you.
We can blend herbal blends to suit an individual, so if you can't get into the shop to do this email us. We can blend the herbal tea up for you and send it out!
