If you are looking for something to help you along there are certain herbs that when combined can be very beneficial. They can add extra nutrients to your diet, improve your energy and stamina and help you to focus.
We have combined a few of these in our popular, ‘Energise-me’ blend……from the feedback we have had, our customers love the sweet minty flavour too!
- Siberian Ginseng – has long been used to increase physical and mental stamina especially when the body is under stress. Ginseng is a tonic that builds up general mental and physical vitality. Commonly used by athletes, it has been shown in many studies, to increase endurance. It also accelerates reading time and improves concentration. Ginseng has also been shown to improve your immunity - especially if due to ongoing stress. Therefore it can lower the risk of infection during stressful times when your immune system is affected.
- Nettle – is an extremely nutrient rich tonic providing many of the nutrients required for energy production such as vitamins A, B, C, E & K and minerals calcium, potassium, silica, manganese and copper. Very rich in iron which is naturally combined with vitamin C for increased absorption.
- Licorice – aids to restore adrenal glands that can often become depleted when under stress. Healthy adrenal glands are vital for producing hormones required to maintain normal energy levels.
- Peppermint – will improve overall blood circulation and stimulates digestion – sluggishness in either of these areas can lead to fatigue. Peppermint oil also stimulates the brain and aids clear thinking. The aroma leaves you feeling fresh and bright ready for mental effort.

Dosage
1 heaped tsp per cup, pour 100° water over leaves, infuse 10 mins. Drink 1 cup 3x daily for medicinal effect. Shake to mix up before measuring out your teaspoon.
Iced Tea Instructions: Put 2 heaped teaspoons into your mug and infuse for a minimum of 10 minutes. Chill in the fridge, once cold add ice to a glass and and pour over chilled Energise-me Infusion. No need to add any sugar, naturally sweet!
